Innovative events, fairs and congresses need a up-todate visitor management. By using NFC technology visitors can be registered by a simple touch to their badge. An NFC enabled mobile phone becomes an online, mobile contactless badge reader.
The system gives you an instant overview of what your visitors and customers are interested in. You can manage different tracks and sessions as well as packages like lunch or dinners. By touching Points of Interest (POI) you can get feedback of your clients interested in special services or voting for the quality of presentations.
For the management and issuance of NFC cards or tags we offer a complete solution. If you are an event organiser you can install the complete system to manage multiple events.
The NEXPERTS NFC Event Master:
NEXPERTS delivers a complete NFC Event management solution. The system consists of:
- NFC Visitor Cards (paper or plastic) or other form factors like wristbands, key-chains etc.
- An NFC reader/writer and a PC tool to issue the cards (import from CSV file supported)
- NFC Mobile phones with NFC Event client applet installed
- The NFC Event Master Server to host the Application and Database (requires SQLDatabase, IIS and NFC Business Platform)
- A Web-Interface to manage Users, Devices, Events, Tracks and Points-of Interest
